Did some online troubleshooting. Sounded like the oven control board. Looked at the electrical schematic for the oven and saw there was no other possibility. Ordered the board. Received the part in just two days with regular shipping. This site had the best price. As the video showed a Phillips screw driver was the only required tool. Simple to remove and replace. I did have to use a razor blade to remove the face cover from the old board. I used a small bead of silicone to attach it to the new board.
