Appliance service people in my area will not longer work on Samsung products so I ordered parts myself. I had the main control panel board assemble, the thermal sensor and the thermostat. I changed the sensor and the thermostat in about 10 minutes using only a screwdriver. I didn't try to replace the main control board after having talked to a repair service again. I told him what I had done so far and was advised to not even change the control board because it wouldn't fix the problem. A new oven is being delivered the first week of May. MOST importantly, throughout this entire process everyone I spoke with at Appliance Parts Pros was totally fantastic and helpful
