Two screws hold the temperature sensor on the wall at the back of the oven. I removed the oven door, open it to the first place it will stay open and lifted it off. I removed the screws and pulled the sensor wire through the hole. I unclipped the plug on the wire and plugged in the new sensor. I had to pull the range out and remove two screws to access the back of the range to pull the sensor wire out of the oven. (It also gave me a chance to vacuum under the range.) I replaced the screws and pushed the range back into place.
