Jesse R Goldens Bridge , NY September 10, 2016 Appliance: General Electric Refrigerator CFCP1NIZASS Ge Refrigerator Cfcp1nizass: A package in overfilled freezer compartment jammed the rack holder and base bar broke when somebody tried to force the door open. How to replace Screw. Easily found the divider and a mount for the base bar online - both were cracked by the accident. Had to remove the freezer well which seemed impossible until I gained enough room by opening the refrigerator doors (duh!). It would have been much easier if I would have removed the freezer door, but couldn't figure our how, so I contorted myself in to screw the divider in to the top of the freezer. Then added the bottom bar by lifting it into place from below with it nestled in one side. Popped the other rack holder in place and somehow managed to bolt it in from under the bar. Next time I'll call customer service! But it only took 20 minutes and is working fine now. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
