Bryan E Bel Air , MD February 02, 2015 Panel door cover plastic insert broke The door cover completely fell off of the microwave one day as I opened the door. Replacement was simple as I only had to re-glue the glass insert to the black insert that holds it to the door cover. The original hot glue just wore out from years of opening and closing. Then once the glue dried, clipped the black insert into the new door cover, took the door handle off of the old cover and screwed it to the new cover. Then snapped the new cover to the front of the interior door and put the screws into the end of the door. Done in 30 minutes + an hour for glue to dry.
