At first I just removed the inner trim with a putty knife and unscrewed the handle. Be careful at this point as the glass can fall out if the trim is broken. It was pretty easy to figure out how to take it all apart. Be sure to remove the door from the microwave before you try to put it all back together. It lifts up and out. Lay it down on a soft surface. It's a bit challenging to put the glass into the new panel, but take your time and you can do it. I was afraid of breaking the new panel, but that didn't happen. The rest of it is easy to put back together. I had a little trouble with the handle because the screw holes didn't line up exactly. Then install the entire door. I looks great.
