I looked on line. I found Appliance Parts Pros. I spoke with a very helpful guy. I did not know the name or the part number. I told the fellow where it is located on the piece of equipment and it's function. He knew exactly what I needed. He took my information over the phone. The part was delivered two days later. My husband fixed the problem in less than a half hour. Very pleased with service we received.
