Ron R Dallas , TX October 06, 2015 Appliance: Model PANASONIC NN-SN977S One pawl was broken accidentally on my micro=wave Removed the inside panel with a screwdriver used a prior tool. Following this I raised the latch pawl up about a half inch to remove the pawl & spring from the hook in the door. Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: Less than 15 minutes
