I ordered the parts from you after receiving the wrong part from another supplier. The microwave is a built in, so I removed it to install the parts. As I told my daughter, it was eaaazy peeezy when I had correct parts
Also I would like to note that I tried a paid service on the internet to help me with the problem. They had no clue. I told them what I needed and they told me I needed a new controller which knew was not the problem
