Part arrived NEXT DAY, awesome! Replaced Flame Sensor / Thermostat. Removed cover from microwave*, removed the connectors from each end of the bad thermostat, removed 1 screw that secured the bad thermostat from the chassis, installed new thermostat in reverse order. All good!
* Note that the screws securing the outer cover of the microwave were hollow-torx security screws. This bit / or a set of security bits, can be picked up inexpensively at your local discount hardware store or online retailer.
