I researched the problem online and tried to troubleshoot it by unplugging the machine and holding the start button for five seconds. I plugged it back in and still no response, which indicated it was most likely a bad Main PCB. I order the part and with Appliance Parts Pros' superb standard shipping service I received it a day and a half later. I removed the cover on the bad Main PCB, snapped a quick photo of the wiring and then installed the new Main PCB. I plugged in the washer and it works perfect! It is a very easy job and took 45 minutes total (working slow and methodically). I was quoted a repair tech visit of $425.
