Maria R Baltimore , MD March 28, 2014 The previous, older, baking element was no longer working. It's very simple, once I located the part, at AppliancePartsPros.com (which was in stock), I simply paid for it, and it was shipped and received within the time period that was promised. This electric stove is hard-wired, so I first turned off the breaker to the stove; unscrewed the two Phillips screws holding the element to the oven; unscrewed the two small screws (from the oven wiring) that hold the spade and lug connection; discarded the old element; and reversed the whole procedure with the new element.
