Everyplace I called here in Spokane, Wa told me no parts were available because of the age of the stove went online found Appliance Parts went to their web site signed up for a chat was contacted by a service rep within a few minutes he quickly found the parts ( the ones the local dealers said weren't available) I needed quoted me a price including shipping the order was placed 3 days later both elements arrived save me 1100.00 dollars because I didn't have to buy a stove I will order parts from them in the future if needed

I called one large company and they couldn't even find my model number. We are not in a position to buy a new oven. Thankfully your associate found the exact part I needed within a matter of minutes. Item was shipped within a couple of days and now I am able to bake again!!! Thank you so much!

I tried to fish the missing wire out of the hole that it should have come out of but it would not come. It felt solidly anchored. Now this is a wall oven so the access to the back of it is in the cellar stairway. I got a step ladder and placed it on one of the treads, and leaned the ladder against the platform the oven sits on. I climbed onto the the platform. Then I removed the back of the oven to see why the wire would not come out of the hole in the oven. Problem solved! The wire had been pinched between the back cover and the back of the oven. Put cover back on and pull wire out into the oven. Finally I get to do the only part of the job that you would normally have to do. I slid the electrical connectors onto the wires and tucked them back into the holes, slid the "prongs" of the element into the two holes and secured the element with two screws that go thru the clips on the element. The "normal" part of the job was a piece of Cake. Rest assured that climbing a ladder is NOT a part of most oven repairs.

So pleased! I ordered the part in the PM and was delivered in AM next day cross country! So easy, shut off circuit breaker, two screws, plugged new one in and done! Bam oven fixed in two days time on the cheap! Great company, love the help videos, will definitely shop from again if need be. :)

It's very simple, once I located the part, at AppliancePartsPros.com (which was in stock), I simply paid for it, and it was shipped and received within the time period that was promised. This electric stove is hard-wired, so I first turned off the breaker to the stove; unscrewed the two Phillips screws holding the element to the oven; unscrewed the two small screws (from the oven wiring) that hold the spade and lug connection; discarded the old element; and reversed the whole procedure with the new element.
