I fixed it by getting the model and serial number written down, made a call to appliance pros (as I usually do) told them the model and serial numbers, they expertly looked up the unit, told her which parts needed replacing. She took my credit card info and sent me the parts. Simple, they were exact and fit perfectly. What ever appliances I need to fix, you guys are my source. Bosch, GE, whatever, you have always helped me get the replacement part. Looking below, on this repair, no tools at all.
