Well took it apart had two choices,the control panel or the computer.
went for the easy and cheaper one first,that did not work.
so we bought the computer works like brand new.
guess what wife is happy again.we were going to laundry mat no fun.
the best part is that as long as you do not ruin the new part if it did not fix it,
send it back and get refunded.best place i found on the web.
