It was the cycle knob that was broken off I ordered the parts via my cell phone. The parts were shipped overnight express. I had them shipped to my main residence in Massachusetts. I took them up 2 days later to my summer home in Maine. I put the plate on and 5 seconds, I put the new knob on and another five seconds.
