Joyce P East Brunswick , NJ December 03, 2016 Our over the range microwave stopped working just shut off completely My husband is the hero in this story. At this time in our lives we weren't looking to purchase another microwave. After 10 years at my company, due to a workforce reduction, my position was eliminated. He quickly realized it could be the fuse. We searched the microwave and the part on line and appliance part pros came up with the parts for our microwave. We needed the fuse and the fuse holder. For under $20 we were able to get the microwave working again. Thank you appliance part pros for having the parts (our microwave is 13 years old) and for having a solid search campaign as well as an easy to use site. We used screwdriver, wire cutters to cut the zip ties that were hindering our ability to fix the part. 11 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 15-30 minutes
