First I took the top lid off and also the small round side covers off, then I was able to reach inside to loosen up the roller with the 10mm wrench and the 14mm nut behind the wall. To slide the roller out I lifted the drum with some wood shims. After that, I did all the opposite steps and my dryer was fixed and running smoothly again.
