Simple phone call to Appliance Parts. The oven ignition part was misdiagnosed by Whirlpool Corp on their official schematic diagram. Appliance parts assigned a research crew to query the company, it was determined that they have made an engineering change to their oven, by duplicating the broiler ignition with the oven ignition. The change was not published to appliance pros. Problem investigated, solved, shipped immediately, installed by me for the customer in plenty of time for his baseball playoff pizza party.
