I needed a Styrofoam insert between the freezer and the refrigerator. very easy to install.
Unplug fridge, then remove freezer contents, unscrew back panel, check for frost and then melt it. remove old Styrofoam and install new one
Also.I boiled water and poured small amount into the freezer drain hole to melt the ice
causing the blockage then reinstalled back panel.
