Donald E Clemmons , NC July 09, 2017 Appliance: Model LDC22720SST Refrigerator was completely "dead" Replaced control board. Only needed a screw driver to remove cover and needle nose pliers to release clips that hold board in place. I appreciate the liberal return policy.
