I am a 76 year old woman and hesitated to tackle the job. But my son sent me a Utube video "how to replace the board," and I was able to replace it, surprisingly, quite easily. I could have done it in a shorter period of time, if I had not been challenged with these arthritic hands and fingers.
The refrigerator is now holding the temperatures quite nicely.
