Even though we could not get the problem to happen during our trouble shooting process, it was determined via conversation with the customer that the compressor was not coming on. Capacitor tested within the limits of its rating. But we decided to go with with replacement of the compressor relay and capacitor. So far the problem has not occurred since. 99% sure problem was solved. I say 99% because it was never a confirmation but the replacement seems to have solved the problem.
