I called for service at Snyders Appliance in Saugerties NY. They wouldn't return my phone calls after repeated attempts. I decided to order the part myself after watching YouTube videos on how to replace the fan motor. I received the new fan motor in one day from ApplianceParts as promised. My wife and I installed the new fan motor ourselves and I am happy to say all is well. It wasn't as easy as the YouTube videos made it seem but we got through it. We saved a lot of money doing it ourselves.
