David J Oscoda , MI January 28, 2017 Appliance: Model SAMSUNG SIDE BY SIDE REFRIGERATOR RS2530BWP Refrigerator sounded like it was running the temperature inside the frig was warmer than room temp The repairman for the place we bought the frig didn't repair Samsung. Would have cost $75 for him to come out and look. Parts and labor would have been on top of that. Text on the AppliancePartsPros sight allowed me to troubleshoot and isolate the problem. AppliancePartsPros video showed me exactly how to remove/install the new part. No guessing. I knew what to do and I did it. I emailed all of my contacts with the story and plugging AppliancePartsPros. I've never promoted a commercial entity like that before.
