Initially I tried a video on your site for a similar washing machine but the Samsung had different screw locations for the face and you had to remove the small front door at the base of the washing machine as well to remove the front cover. Inside there was also, what appeared to be, some type of noise cancelling material bolted above and below the boot seal on the face of the drum. It was difficult to get a screwdriver to fit to allow me to remove the ring that holds the boot on the machine. I ended up unbolting one side of the material to allow enough room to get a screwdriver in. The boot was pretty easy to replace. Had to work with it a little bit at a time but it fit perfect. The videos definitely helped and the item I bought from you shipped quickly and was in perfect condition.
