APP had the part in stock for $156+ which was great. I ordered the part since I had ordered from them once before and the price had been $106. I thought given the times that this was a substantial increase but given the times and they had the part I went ahead. I then began looking for a video on how to do the repair and in the course of looking for the video (which I did find) I found that the part was available from other vendors between $98 - $106. I called and spoke to Mike about this and was told that since they had shipped the item they didn't do price matching except maybe if the manufacturer had a lower price. Since I was told that I was responsible for return shipping I didn't return it. The part fit and installation was pretty easy.
