Well my wife said that the top element wasn't working so I thought I would switch the bottom element with the top element to see if the problem was the element. In the process of taking out the bottom element it melted( always remember to turn off the electricity, I forgot) that why the element tip melted..lol...it shorted out on the metal inner shell. So after replacing the elements on both top and bottom oven, which by the way was very easy and safe after I turned off the power to the oven. Lol.. I figured out that the old element was working well, I just needed to adjust temperature and rack height. Lol... I felt so stupid. But it was funny.. This is something my wife and I will laugh about for years. Thank you for your product.
