After watching a video on how to replace this part, I was surprised at the amount of disassembley involved to replace the cover. The unit has to be moved out from under the counter about 10 inches to disconnect the door springs before removing the door. Next the hinges and the inner and outer panels have to be separated and then finally you have access to replace the trim panel. Getting the trim piece in is a little tricky to avoid breaking the many plastic tabs which hold it together. With reassembly time the whole job took about 1 hour. I was fortunate that I had enough slack in the plumbing and electrical so I could move the unit out without disconnecting anything. Hope you are as fortunate!
