Mindi S Noblesville , IN September 16, 2016 The rollers broke off the top rack of my dishwaser I could not find the manual so I researched the model number online; purchased the part I needed and received my parts relatively fast. Followed the online instructions on how to removed the top rack. The arm assembly was easily switched out. I'd say it was a very easy repair; about 20 minutes to complete.
