I purchased the Upper Dishrack Adjuster Kit from AppliancePartsPros.com after watching the provided video on how to repair it. I received the parts in less than a week and followed the directions in the video to remove the old parts and install the new parts. Great video explaining removal and installation. Took less than an hour to remove old and install new parts. It works like it should again!! Easy!!
