Donald H Riverside , IA July 19, 2014 Appliance: Model 417.39012890 No rotation of drum Found bad motor, Not able to repair so ordered new. Came supper fast and was able to install in about 30 minutes. Only needed a square drive #2 scewerdriver and 5/16" socket wrench to do the job.
