Replaced (open) thermostat. This was a Muller fridge, German built. So putting that model (CP 147 JW)number into a search brought little help. Putting the number from thermostat 077B6528 brought up Appliancepartspros.com and another customer had said that number was on his thermostat from a GE fridge. Looking at the diagram for that GE, it appeared identical to this Muller. So they obviously put their fancy cabinet on a GE fridge. I think the part is a universal as the capillary tube is longer, but the body and connections matched up. This was a case of customer helping customer and Appliancepartspros being the messenger. And hence the place that got our business:) Thanks for all the helpful info on your site. Now we are just finding the sweet spot where to set the new thermostat for correct temperatures. And hopefully this will help someone else........the whole point of feedback I think.
