The only real "fixing" is assembling the rack. It comes with the roller assemblies, which have to be clipped onto the sides of the rack, and the tower that goes in the center had to be removed similarfrom the old rack and twisted onto the new rack. Simple and quick. Also included was a row of tines designed to stand upright or lie flat. However, the rack itself has no vacant space where this row could fit, so I'm not sure why it was included. Additionally, there were two clip-on bumpers in the package, but I don't know what to do with those either, since my old rack didn't have anything similar. Entered a question into the Forum about this but haven't received a reply yet. There were no instructions included, so configuration had to be determined by looking at the old rack. I was surprised to discover the new rack was silver in color, as my dishwasher's interior is white; there was no indication of color in the ordering information.
