Looked up error code in Samsung manual, said is "a MEMS sensor problem and to call customer service". I called local place and they said it would be $106 to come out and just look at my problem. I canceled my appointment and took a chance on replacement of the mems sensor. The part cost less than the minimum service call cost, even with expedited shipping. Actual repair was trivial. With a Philips screwdriver, the top of the washer comes off and the sensor is easily accessible and replaceable because it's a plug-able assembly. It was more time consuming getting the washer disconnected and moved, but I didn't even need to do that to get at the sensor.
