Washer kept "dinging" when I went to check on it the cycle had stop and it was displaying error code OE. I turned it off and back on, and it started back up. I decide to research the error code and found it indicate a faulty water inlet valve and others have experienced flooding. So, I went back to check on the washer and the tub was half full and still filling fast. I turned the power off - still filling; unplugged the washer - still filling; shut the hot water off - still filling; shut the cold water off and the water stopped ...indicating the cold water valve was stuck in the open position. Ordered a new water inlet valve from Appliance Parts Pros and installation was super easy (four electrical connections and four hoses). Had a question during installation and APP Tech Support was fantastic. Washer is now up and running good as new.
