With a little research online I found AppliancePartsProsYoutube Video on this DC error, and saw that this error was easily fixed with replacement parts they have.
Super easy fix, took 20 minutes maybe. The Suspension Rods arrived quickly, shipped quickly, and their online chat was spot on, quick and informative to check and make sure I was ordering the the correct part! Nice Work!
So, instead of calling appliance service, for $99 service call, + parts + labor = easily $300 or more when all done, I easily fixed this error with $100 and 20 minutes of easy repair.
