I ordered new support arms and installed them, but at first the tub still crab and again came up with the DC error. So, I was looking at the tub inside the washer, and I noticed that the back part of the tub was further back more than I thought it should. So I moved the tub out and checked to see if it was level, and it was. Then I looked at the side view of the tub, and you could see the angle of the tub and the up and down side view was not level. So I screwed inthe onlytwo adjustable legs on this washer - the two front ones, which brought the up and down of the washer straight, and low and behold - the tub was where it was suppose to be. I ran the spin cycle again , and everything has worked since then. Things I learned. 1. Great parts. 2. Fast as Heck delivery. 3. Do not level this machine from the top. At least on mine. BTW the only things holding everything in the center of this machine is the 4 suspension bars. There is nothing else, so if this keeps happening to you, you should change em out and make sure your up and down side view is straight and everything should be better.
PS. Make sure you have glove and a flashlight when installing. You will want to toss the gloves. Things get really sticky. You will also need the white lithium grease ,
Thanks for helping me get this fixed. Appreciate.
