Googled the issue and found various fixes available. The damper assembly looked easy enough to do so I ordered all 4. The order arrived in 2 days. Purchased the tube of lithium grease at my local hardware store. The entire repair took 35 minutes. I am happy to say that after 6 loads of laundry(including towels and bathmats) its running like a champ. My only advice is to wear gloves as it is a messy job.
