I took the front of the dryer off, pulled out the tumbler and checked the checked the thermistor on the dryer vent. It had a thick layer of lint on it. So I cleaned it up and the entire dry vent including the blower wheel, then closed it back up. Well it did not work. So I ordered a new thermistor and a new thermal fuse (thermistat 1), as it sits right next to it might as well replace it too since I'm already there. They are known to go bad, so for the price just replace it and knock them both out just in case. After replacing, dryer turned on like normal. Instant fix. Watch the video on how to take the dryer apart, its real easy. Just remember how the belt goes on. Its easy, took a little longer at first cause I cleaned out the entire dryer vent while I was there.
