The shelf I ordered for my work LG frigde fit perfectly, even though it's not the exact shelf for my fridge (parts aren't made for an appliance this old any longer). I was hoping I could modify the shelf hooks to make it work, but it was an exact fit without any alterations. The shipping wasn't day guarantee, as promissed, but as soon as I contacted the customer service my part shipped expedited and was there the next day. I was also refunded the extra shipping charge that I paid, and a 20% off discount was placed on my acct. The rep I spoke to was extremely pleasant and efficient. I ordered a 2nd shelf shortly after, and had to utilize the online cust service help to have the discount applied. Very easy and pleasant experience. I have multiple appliances in my business and will definately go to your site again with appliance fixing needs.
