My Jenn Air JCD2389GES refrigerator had a broken shelf and drawer studs. One of the studs had also broken off much of the side panel. The previous owner tried to use a screw to fix one of the studs. I ordered both the Crisper Shelf Support and screw. Turns out the screw isn't long enough to attach the Support. Since I have a tenant moving in soon I elected to superglue the Support. So far it is holding and working fine. The Support stud has a wider base which provided enough coverage to glue to the panel over the hole left by the previous repair/broken stud. It appears to me the screw isn't the right part. My unit is older so finding these minor spare parts has been difficult. I am thankful APP had the Support studs.
