Robert J Wexford , PA September 19, 2014 Appliance: Model MODEL #: LGQ9508PWO - LOCATED INSIDE OF THE FRONT Snapped off two of the selection knobs shearing off the plastic shaft which was part of the entire temperature and finsish guard switches I needed to disassemble the entire top control panel to get access to the switches that were broken. Once I was able to take the unit apart, replacing the new switches was an easy installation.
