Took apart with a dewalt impact and various bits got some insight from your video. Got this unit from a private person and he said it works well. I got it home and tried to spin on the machine and it came with a code for bad motor. I tried to turn barrel by hand and heard a lot of scraping. After got close to taken drum kit I went and got my cherry picker made life easy. What a mess, the whole spider arm was destroyed and looked like asphalt. Took and used wet vac cleaned it all up to put the new part in and dropped drum back in. I did find it easier for me to take the shock out from the bottom to reinstall. The work was not hard. Runs like a champ! I took my time a little bit every day.
