By watching You Tube videos, I was able to determine the problems, order the parts and do the repair. Since there was more than one problem, it was a process to figure it all out. During the first "layer", I ordered parts from another company and while I got what I needed, it was not a pleasant experience. Searching for more videos, I came upon AppliancePartsPros.com. What a difference! The subsequent 2 "layers" were much easier. I ultimately had to replace the clutch, gear and pinion, neutral drain kit and agitator. Quite a job, but only cost me about $200. Having someone else repair it or replacing the washer/dryer combo would have been much more. Plus it felt so good to do it myself!
