Replace rear drum support roller - one was clearly bad - replaced all 'wear' parts since did not know till I opened it up what was 'bad'. So replace the 2 rear drum support rollers, belt tension pulley, tumbler bearing kit (both sides) and the dryer belt for good measure . . . since the dryer is 20 some years old - first problem it had. Only hard ./ bad thing was one of the front four screws (opposite side of the 2 door screws) was in so tight could NOT get out and stripped the head (had to cut a slot to remove it and the plastic part around it). Video was AWESOME!! One thing different, my dryer had was, once the front panel was off had 2 smaller LONG screws by the dryer vent holding in the front support panel.
