Purchased the dryer repair kit. Followed the instruction video to a T. Replaced all four drum roller supports, the idler pulley and the belt. It also gave me the chance to vacuum out all the built up hair and lint inside the housing of the unit. This alone was worth the time to prevent a possible fire. The video is awesome. Take your time, follow it and you will be fine. Keep track of all screws and parts. I had a little trouble holding my computer board back (duct tape helped), taking off the console (it didn't come off as easy as the video) and unsnapping a harness attached to the computer board. Take it slow and it all works out. The Whirlpool Duet unit now runs like new (they are 7 years old). It took me about 2 hours, but I worked very deliberately and did a lot of cleaning of parts. The price for the parts was very good and the quality excellent. I probably saved myself $200- $300 in repair service. Highly recommended.
