This is very simple to fix, I've had to do it a few times and I'm glad I can easily get the parts from AppliancePartsPros.com and their video is helpful. I replaced this same part about a year ago so I knew exactly what it was just by the noise...I expected it to last a bit longer, but we have 5 people in the house so a lot of laundry :)
