Checked on youtube for recommendations on diagnosing the problem and how to fix it. Took the dryer apart and confirmed that the bearings were out on the pulley idler. Easy repair with the youtube instruction. I am handy but not a professional repairman. Was able to do this no problem. Part and expedited shipping was under $50.00.
