Removed the inner cover screws and cover. The outside cover is attached at the bottom with hinges. I closed the inner door and propped up the outside cover. The panel was removed easily as its attachmented with a sticker. The plug is attached with a clasp, beware of breaking it. Mine was corroded. So I used a wire brush on the prongs before replacing. The brackets on the top are tricky to replace. Other than that very easy repare.
